We are excited for you on your journey of with Tridevi Products! All the order placed before EoD are shipped on the next working day. And it generally takes upto to 2 weeks for arrival depending on location.

Order can not be modified or changed once confirmed but you can reorder by cancelling previous one before its shipping by mailing on namaste@tridevi.co. If order has been shipped then please refer to our refund policy.

If you have entered misspelled or autofilled wrong address, don't worry just drop us an email on namaste@tridevi.co with correct address within 24 hours of submitting the order. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at namaste@tridevi.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund within 30 days. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the returned product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your full name and order number with the returned item.
